We currently offer shipping across Pakistan, covering all major cities, towns, and remote areas through trusted courier partners.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Free Shipping: On orders above Rs. 3,000

We offer Cash on Delivery for all eligible locations within Pakistan. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate to avoid any delivery issues.

Tracking details are shared via email or SMS as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on the courier's official website.
If you do not receive your tracking number within 48 hours, please email us at haseebrai755@gmail.com with your order number.
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.
If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the parcel may be returned to us, and you may be required to pay re-shipping charges.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:
Refuse to accept the delivery (if possible), and
Immediately notify us with photos of the damaged packaging at haseebrai755@gmail.com
In case of lost packages, we will coordinate with the courier company to resolve the issue and ensure you are either refunded or reshipped at no additional cost (after investigation).
Please double-check your shipping address and contact details when placing the order. Rai Special is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Changes after this time cannot be guaranteed.
If your shipment is delayed for more than 7 business days, please get in touch with our support team. We will follow up with the courier company and provide updates or alternative solutions.
During Eid, New Year, or public holidays, shipping times may be extended. We advise placing orders early during such periods.
By placing an order, you agree to be available to receive the package and accept responsibility for any additional shipping or handling charges caused by multiple delivery attempts or failed deliveries.
